Pros

Flexible time off Great work team relationships in clinics

Cons

Over worked and under appreciated. No growth opportunities at admin levels. No longer patient driven but rather money and volume driven Large company changes (I do mean LARGE) over last year that have left a lot of employees uninspired and less motivated. Leadership does NOT care about the “little people” like they used to. In addition to all of that, they are now minimizing access to certain patients who have certain insurances.

Laid back but low pay

Business Outlook

Pros

Laid back. Work from home. Benefits available.

Cons

Low pay - bare minimum with little to no raise a year. Benefits are expensive due too barely making ends meet as it is. Management only cares about meeting metrics instead of patients care - even though they say it's for the "patients care".
