Pros

Coworkers are friendly. Direct management is helpful with questions. Training is ok. No nights and weekends so schedule is a plus.

Cons

Training not thorough. Middle management deceitful and manipulative. Pay is not a living wage.

Pros

People that are willing to collaborate, work hard, and commit to a vision will do well. If you're looking for a 9-5, this isn't for you. Truly make decisions around patient centered care -- expanded hours in the clinics, access for patients.

Cons

The company/team has a lot of young front line leadership that continues to need to be developed and invested in to more positively impact the clinics. Senior leadership is understanding, but the day to day leadership in the clinics continues to need development and support.
