Pros

The culture and people were great at Urban. The Salary was good and the benefits were great. Upper management was personable and treated employees with respect. Urban is very family oriented. I would recommend this company to a friend. Upper management was very understanding of home life and flexible with schedules.

Cons

There really are no negatives. The commute to Philly can be an issue if you have a family.

Good Solid Company. Good Benefits. Nice people (in general). ESOP. Generally care about employee satisfaction. Reasonable hours.

Cons

Been stagnant mobility though partially due to economy. Talk of ease in lateral mobility, but I have seen few cases.
