Pros

Good Solid Company. Good Benefits. Nice people (in general). ESOP. Generally care about employee satisfaction. Reasonable hours.

Cons

Been stagnant mobility though partially due to economy. Talk of ease in lateral mobility, but I have seen few cases.

I enjoy the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects that challenge my skills and contribute to improving construction systems. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and learn from one another. Additionally, it provides ample opportunities for professional development, including hands-on experience and training that help me grow in my career. Knowing that my work contributes to building infrastructure that benefits the community is both rewarding and fulfilling.
