My schedule was flexible when it needed to be. My manager was great to work with.

None really. Layoffs in the winter, but thats expected when you live on the east coast.

Cons

From HR to Management, they never listened to the people who made the company great at one time. They continue down a path and let individuals that have no clue what they are doing, have too much control of the direction the company should go.
