Pros

-flexible schedule willing to work with family obligations to an extent -fair compensation

Cons

-management (outside of GM) has no desire in investing in employees -reviews are a joke and are only done because they are mandatory...nothing ever comes from them -almost a total lack of communication between departments makes it impossible to accomplish even the smallest task -no interest in bringing in/supporting new ideas -absolutely no opportunity for upward movement within the company (would rather hire and fire) -refuse to make employees learn how to use software -refusal to competitively price or learn anything about digital products (just sell it to meet your budget and let someone else figure it out is the motto) -often unfriendly and uninformed staff can scare away listeners and clients

Pros

All staff is allowed a lot of freedom

Cons

low management accountability of staff indiscretions, lack of compensation increases for loyal, long time employees, no potential for advancement for account executives in the Atlanta market-regardless of qualifications (entire management staff has been in place less time than 80% of the sales staff)

Pros

Meeting celebrities, the opportunity to network and the relaxed environment

Cons

Little to no room for growth, no raises, not family friendly, they treat you like a number instead of a valued employee even when you give outstanding service, they expect you to choose your job over any other aspect of your life. They have no understanding when it comes to your own family. They also hardly ever give raises and when you do receive one, it's literally pennies every 3 to 4 years. It's nearly impossible to keep up with the rise in the economy with this company.
