Never picks up phone, never reply your emails, never pays your money except LCA(Salary) if you want to leave them.
Cons
We all H1B's knows we don't work on LCA Salary but the Purchase order. They will make you sign Employment Agreement based on LCA Salary. Even if the Purchase order is $55 an hour they will pay you by LCA and rest will be paid as bonus which you are not at all entitled for this money, according to their employment agreement. They are cheaters, Liars, No Health Insurance, No Holidays, Never pays your money, makes you sign contract which is very less than the purchase order. Don't have any Physical office, Rutherford is just a mailing address very hard to to catch them. They will act innocent and file false criminal compliant on you for trespassing and threatening to extract money.
