Pros

UserIQ has been a very exciting company to work for. We recently graduated from ATDC's startup accelerator program, and have been growing fast since then. Some of the best things about working at UserIQ are: -The transparency: The leadership team strives to update the company each week on our goals are and how we're going to hit them (or where we've missed and how to pivot). There are no secrets or 'behind closed doors talk' here. -The team energy: Everyone plays a very important role in our company success, and we truly believe in the mentality that we win as a team and lose as a team and strive to collaborate in order to succeed. -The passion: Our CEO, Rachel Orston, and our founder and Chief Product Officer, Aaron Aycock personify the word 'passion' and it inspires every employee to work hard because we understand the impact and role we each play in growing the company. -The people: There are very smart, innovative and just great people that work at UserIQ. I truly enjoy everyone on the team, which makes it exciting to come to work every day.

Cons

If you're not willing to think outside the box, work hard, or be challenged, this probably isn't the company for you.

Pros

- Exciting product that has the potential to become the market leader - Everyone seems to really care about each other and the work they do - Lots of smart people working hard - Everyone can work from home as much as they want, but there is also an office for anyone who needs it - Very people-first culture

Cons

- There aren't as many people or resources as at a more established company - Things change fast - Everyone has to wear multiple hats But it's a startup, and these things are true at all startups

Thanks for the review and for being part of what UserIQ is building. We couldn't agree more about how our employees approach their work and each other.

Pros

Every day is different and challenging (in a good way!). The team is open to iterating on anything to improve processes, the product, etc. Overall, there's a good growth mindset and ambition at the company that makes it an engaging place to work. People are supportive and friendly too!

Cons

As with any startup, it may not the best fit for someone who wants a very predictable rhythm and established procedures.
