      Great product with tons of excellent use cases for customers.

      Cons

      Absolute clown show in sales leadership as yet another re-shuffle at the top brings in Colonel Kurtz from Apocalypse now with zero domain expertise and the elegance of a fullback hit in the head too many times.

      Bungled Merger Screwed Up a Good Thing

      Pros

      The company that hired me was a growing, high performing organization that had bult incredible strategic partnerships with customers. The team that was in place was a cohesive group that complimented each other and seemed to consistently be rowing in the same direction. Lots of camaraderie within and between teams, and incredible leaders- particularly the CRO and CEO.

      Cons

      The merger mangled culture and sent results tumbling. The company continues to fall short of its goals and the response has been to shrink the team, casting doubt and anxiety across the group. The pricing model has led to the services being commoditized. Partnership with customers is a relic of the past.

      - Product that works - People hired by UserTesting were kind and helpful - Sales cycles are not to long and can become very strategic in Globals

      Cons

      - Merger brought in different leadership who are more focused on profits over culture - The sales goals are un-realistic by a wide margin. Less than 25% are hitting there goals in Globals
