CEO is stellar: super smart, thought provoking, highly engaging Great product that works and delivers real business results (people "get it") Collaborative culture: everyone is willing to pitch in and help Solid compensation package

Cons

Creating a new market is exciting but isn't for everyone Typical high growth / start-up software stuff Limited (but gaining) market awareness

Pros

*Work with incredibly smart and kind people *Healthy debate is encouraged but always delivered with respect * “One team” collaborative culture, even with in the sales team (pretty amazing!) *Lots of momentum in the market *Incredibly supportive executive team and a CEO who gladly travels to customer meetings *Great product with unique differentiation

Cons

*The company is based in Seattle so working remotely is a con for me

Strong opportunities to make a great impact on moving the needle for the product that is trending up and to the right. Excellent collaborative environment that emphasizes "one team" mindset. Passionate CEO. A culture that strongly encourages and rewards ownership, bias for action, trust, customer obsession, perseverance etc.

Cons

No major con for people that aspire to grow from the experience of building an impactful product with a vibrant team.
