*Work with incredibly smart and kind people *Healthy debate is encouraged but always delivered with respect * “One team” collaborative culture, even with in the sales team (pretty amazing!) *Lots of momentum in the market *Incredibly supportive executive team and a CEO who gladly travels to customer meetings *Great product with unique differentiation

*The company is based in Seattle so working remotely is a con for me

Pros

Intelligent team that works incredibly well across functions. Best product in a growing niche. I came to Usermind to work for my old manager Derek, an incredible leader that takes care of his sales team and drives growth. I would follow him anywhere. The CEO Michel is great, super smart and constantly bringing her passion to customers. Marketing is completely integrated into the sales team and will do anything to support closing deals.

Cons

Usual growth phase issues. Be prepared for hyper growth and ownership.

I came to Usermind for the opportunity to grow my skill set and change my career trajectory. I immediately realized that Usermind's people are something special. My coworkers are smart, savvy, and hard working and everyone gets the chance to contribute to the success of the company. Moreover, they are exceptional human beings who care about one another.

Cons

Normal start up issues of changing priorities, but the Leadership team does a great job of communicating the needs of the company and being transparent.
