Pros

Great clinical staff and doctors, good hours with no over time or weekends or holidays, and it's wonderful to take care of our clientele.

Cons

Horrible upper management, trending the way other big healthcare companies are. It's more about the dollar signs then taking care of their clinical staff. Poor communication from upper management.
