Pros
If people don't have your date requested off it is easy to request off. It pays more than the minimum wage.
Cons
If you have the max amount of people off like 5 out of 90 then you can't get it off. If you need to call out you have to use GroupMe to call out. The call center has so many rules it is like you are being micromanaged 24/7. You are always scared your minor infraction can get you fired. If you are newer and don't know any better since you don't have the experience than they expect you to have 5 years of scam experience or put you on final notice really quick. Not getting a phone number on a call can make it so you fail a call. There used to be a lot of lunches provided and now it is more pot luck and it is just cheaper to buy your own meal than contribute to 90 people's lunches on a $17.50 an hour job.
