Great unless you work in the Service Center

Pros

The Service Center is a great place to start to get your foot in the door for financials. However I recommend looking into the other departments as soon as you can. The representatives that work in the service center are treated poorly compared to the rest of the credit union.

Cons

The management there has a hard time listening to its employees. They always get on the defensive whenever someone brings up a concern and it has made it difficult for anyone to voice their opinions on anything. They also have very strict and unnecessary policies that are not upheld in any other department.
