Pros

Benefits (especially healthcare) are amazing and make up for where salary lacks. Cost of living is cheap in Cache Valley and it is an extremely beautiful location with a small town feel.

Cons

Salary is lower than would like, but it's a state government job so you can't expect to make much unless your faculty or administration. But the benefits more than make up for where salary lacks
