Stability. This employer isn't going anywhere and more than likely, neither is your position. For most people, just show up, do a little work, collect your paycheck...

Cons

In some units, employees are treated as and regularly reminded that they are easily replaceable. Also, the primary reward for hard work is more work because those who work carry the load for those less inclined

I worked at the MBA program in Jon M. Huntsman School of Business as a graduate assistant. My business law professor was very laid back, easy to communicate. Work load was not bad at all with graduate school at the same time.

Cons

Pay was just ok, $10-12/hour but the work was easy. Limited to 20 hours per week.
