Pros

Safe, quite place and nice people. The research condition is very good there. Most of the professor are of high level. A lot of small class so that you can reach the instructor easily.

Cons

Most professor there does not have enough funding. Research there is somewhat hard to get to the top level. Agricultural science is not as intriguing as medicine, etc.
