      Pros

      Everyone should try and get an undergraduate research position while at USU. It has a great program, and the jobs are usually flexible, learning-filled, and interesting.

      Cons

      The work was sporadic and sometimes a much heavier workload than others. Some of the work I had to do was fairly monotonous.

      Pros

      Worked with me while studies were in session. I was allowed to get creative with some things and innovate with others.

      Cons

      There is always a bit of beaurocracy. Also, the ideas grow stale as a lot of the people have been there for a long time.
