Pros
Working for CIDI has to be the best student job on campus. Flexible schedules are a given, but the real joy of working here was being treated like an equal by my professional co-workers. The director and assistant director are both incredible human beings, inspiring me and my team to great heights of creativity and productivity. The work environment is professional yet fun, with lots of opportunity for collaboration as well as individual work time. The pay is actually pretty decent for a part-time student job, especially in Logan. You'll be lucky to have a better combination of pros at any other place in the valley.
