Pros

Working at USU is so great! The pay and benefits are better than many Logan companies. With education being a top priority, they are always willing to work around class schedules.

Cons

The only real downsides are paying for and finding parking and hourly people losing pay on holidays. But you'll get that anywhere.

Great work environment. The university provides all its workers with necessary tools to succeed. The institution makes their employees feel valued.

Cons

The university could increase the benefits of its employees. It also should review some housing policies that are updated and that not take into account the different ethnicities living on campus.

Pros

I love working here due to the friendly and encouraging environment. Everyone works so well as a team and they're all so kind. I've had so many emergencies this past semester and they were so willing to help me and go out of their way to make sure I wasn't overworking myself. Love it here, so sad I might be moving soon.

Cons

I wish I could go full time!
