Great Health benefits and tuition benefits as well.

Cons

Depending on your dept, some things get so political its almost unbearable!! You cant talk to the 'upper' positions and everyones incredibly scared of some of the upper ups such as provosts and such. Also...VERY much like high school if you are not originally a logan native. LOTS of logan natives work full time here and thats about it.

Great place to live, good people to work with. Always have plenty of projects to keep you challenged and busy.

Cons

When the state legislature has final say on salaries and raises, it doesn't take long to fall behind in that area. No raises for four years (and expecting only 1% this year) has made things a little difficult.
