Pros

This is a fairly progressive employer that is willing (depending on the department) to work with the employee with the job/life balance. The Department of Biology is an especial pleasure to work for.

Cons

There were very few downsides. The pay per semester was very low, though, especially when worked out per hour. An upgrade to the biology laboratories would improve the environment.

there is almost no cons to this job you learn a lot and teach a lot so it was a great experience for me.

Cons

you have to work really really hard. Plus you dont get paid as much because the management is not as friendly

I definitely enjoyed my time here. The pay was not great, but I had a great learning experience. I would recommend it to all.

Cons

I have no cons other than it is very difficult to be a teaching assistant making very little money. Not much to do about that though
