      Pros

      Location! Cost of living is low, crime is low, mountains on all sides, the skiing is amazing. Family friendly university - time off for family is easily arranged. Exceptional research across all depts.

      Cons

      Depends on the department you're in. Psychology Dept is not as collegial as one would hope; some pretty big egos competing more than collaborating. Typical academic politics across all depts. Salaries aren't gender equitable.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, managers are great, work with up to date technology and a broad range of hardware/software experience.

      Cons

      Too much drama, not much room to advance, not really the universitys fault, just not many upper level positions.
