Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for coming up with what you want to do and finding flexibility in your schedule. Some benefits such as included housing can be great. Almost all the people I have worked with have been lovely and so fun to work with.

Cons

They hardly pay you. The university will cut ends every time when paying student employees. It is rare to find an easily accessible job that pays more than $11 an hour. Also some management is very old fashioned and insists on doing things in inefficient ways.
