Good environment and some good people. Very open to teaching new things. Transparent growth options.

Cons

Tasked with multiple tasks that aren't yours. Disregard prior experience depending on job title. Hours aren't great depending on available staff.

Pros

Free lunch. The benefits aren’t that bad. I don’t have anything else positive to say about utility.

Cons

Poor decisions at the top have resulted in a lot of ppl leaving the company this past year. 20 minutes to get to the interstate. Horrible for anyone who commutes. You are constantly micromanaged and made to feel like an idiot. A lot of inner office drama. Don’t dare disagree with management or give push back. If you aren’t a yes man, you won’t last long. Nearly everyone in leadership is white. Bad decisions are being made daily and it’s showing and they are losing good ppl.
