Terrible company to work for with extreme micromanagers. Toxic environment. No room for growth/promotion. Overworked. Underpaid. I could go on for hours. Avoid this place at all costs unless you are about to become homeless.

Accounting Department only---Management is allowed to build alliances against you. HR believes management and does not even get your side of the story. Management is allowed to hire friends they have known to work under them for years, and teams are built against you. Negative energy within the workplace, you are not allowed to talk to your team within the department. All other departments seem great, but for your peace, stay away from the accounting department until changes are made. The company values truth, but do not be honest, it's a trick. In all the meetings, which is a lot, don't give any feedback, just listen. Pay attention and note everything.
