Company provides chef prepared lunch daily

Cons

Utility was purchased by a private equity firm and quickly became a terrible place to work. The benefits and salaries are below average but that was tolerable until new leadership corrupted the existing leadership. Unless you’re very desperate, avoid this place.

Company provides lunch every day Competitive benefits, PTO, holidays Company performance bonus every year for all employees Growing exponentially which makes room for career progression Relaxed but professional culture Competitive salary

Cons

Downtown Decatur is popular so traffic very near the office can be bad.
