Solid helpful team atmosphere. I have nothing but good things to say about my coworkers at UTZ. The company just needs a good leader that understands the company from the ground up.

Cons

Company has a problem with trying to solve a bunch of issues all at once that it never really solves certain issues because everyone is to far extended. They need to learn how to focus on a couple things at a time so they can get the attention they deserve.
