being outside when the weather is nice, making friends and trading with other vendors

Cons

the pay, the baloney, management, store management, building displays when off, pulling your own orders for free, the stupid visors, and only a few get the monthly bonus

Cons

early mornings, split week, no sick days, ONE personal day, pulling your own orders, poor vacation plan, unqualified managers, managers don't respect your time, customers don't respect your time, faulty equipment and unsafe trucks.
