Fairly laid back and good coworkers.

Cons

At my store we had incompetent upper management drive away good employees and replaces them with anyone off the street while barely putting in the time to train them. Poor compensation relative to the Seattle area.

Cons

If you want leave ,you must give them 2 weeks notice.
