      Pros

      Fun coworkers, good people. Surprisingly good benefits.

      Cons

      Responsibilities are not split fairly, some people are worked to the bone and others barely work at all, from every department. Pay is low. There are no jobs to move up to. The once-a-year "performance-based" raise is a joke. It's better now than it used to be but that isn't saying much.

      Pros

      The overall culture of the store is positive and fun and the company has recently been increasing its starting wage for employees. I thought it was easy to make friends with many of my coworkers.

      Cons

      I found the leadership quality to be lacking, where the management seemed to be a separate club away from the regular workers, had unprofessional communicative styles (e.g., passive-aggressive), and sometimes had unrealistic expectations about the amount of work that can be done by the number of employees working.

      The company really strives to create a team atmosphere between all it's employees and departments which made it a really fun place to work

      Cons

      Not having a fixed schedule made it more difficult to have a social life outside of work
