Pros

A great place to work and an easy access to the Management team regarding contracts. From H1 Starting to GC Approval was a smooth ride for me.

Cons

May be more meetings regarding Benefits from Company would have been more helpful.

Pros

Good place to work.I worked with this company 9 years(2010-219) never faced any problem either on H1B renewal, GC Process & Payroll. The current owner(Kris) is strict is about his policies and always ahead of their promises; The current VLS team is truly professional they always watch the market trend advise Employee or Consultants to improve the carrier plans. Overally I recommend good company to work for H1B holders.
