Pros

I enjoyed my tenure at VLS. Staff is very supportive and transparent. Marketing team is good at what they do. I've never faced any issue when it comes to getting salary on time, project related issues and support. I've even got mental support when it came to my personal issues. VLS was quick enough to start my GC process. I had to leave this organization because of a better offer, but if ever I decide to change my job, I would prefer joining VLS again.

Pros

VLS Systems is a great consulting company to work with. They are very helpful and approachable and is always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend working with them. It was a real pleasure working with this consultancy the last couple of years.

there would be no good reason to work here..

Cons

the day you start doing hard work you are out of the company.. they do not have hold on any of their so called clients, which are actually vendors. they hire you saying they have clients but all false.
