Some of the coworkers were amazing, talented, and empathetic.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end, most people don't know what they're doing and rely on others to do their job for them. Management lacks any sort of leadership, and the entire culture is buzzword bingo.

If you are desperate with no experience and need to work here teach yourself the real skills for the next job on the side. If you are not tech things seem somewhat good.

Cons

You will learn nothing here if you have any previous experience. There's a major change in management or management style every three months. It seems the same issues repeat for years. You will spend more time here dealing with social issues than technical issues. They want to solve problems without investing time in getting to know their own products, technologies, or people. All five star reviews are fake.
