That you can work remote. That I still have my sanity after putting up with their abuse and manipulation

Cons

Frequent layoffs and furloughs Lack of transparency around major business decisions Delayed and last-minute communication regarding job security Employees left in limbo for months without clear updates Decisions that impacted employees and their families were not handled with enough care

Pros

It started out good with pay and easy hiring. No experience required. There isn't any micromanaging because management is obsolete. I learned they have always supported working 2 jobs to supplement your income.

Cons

The company seems to be going out of business. There have been 6 layoffs within the last 8 months. The employees that remained were socked with a 35% pay cut. They promised a pay reinstatement but it didn't happen. They weren't going to follow the proper procedures to notify employees of payroll changes until the statute code was called out. Their constant rule changing to act relevant. I really do not understand what they are selling and it does seem scammy to me. I believe the customers when they say it's a scam. They changed our work hours several times without asking. This caused a problem with family work/life balance. This makes it difficult to juggle a family and children especially if they are dependent on you for school transportation. The owners made billions but mismanage their money and can't afford to pay their employees. The job stability borders abusive by keeping us in the dark on what to expect.
