Pros
Working at V12 Group is fun, challenging, and satisfying. Management requests suggestions for improving everything from products to culture directly from employees at open brainstorming sessions and through the company's open door policy. In over two years with V12 Group, the company has grown at an exponential rate. It's really exciting to be a part of, especially in Red Bank, NJ. I thought I'd have to return to the city to find a company with such great compensation, benefits, and growth potential.
Cons
I'm struggling to think of anything. The only request I've ever made was that we get stand-up treadmill desks, and we don't have them....yet.
