      Pros

      Some of the people are great. Pay is decent

      Cons

      They do not offer employee stock options, even though it is a publicly traded company. Unless you have been within the industry for years, they will isolate you and leave you out of everything. The employees refuse to share knowledge. They do not want to train you, you have to figure everything out on your own.

      Quick on-boarding process once hired.

      Cons

      Hard to reach/find an HR and IT email or POC. Have to go through multiple people to get answers. Remote equipment seems outdated and slow. Underpaid.
