      Some really good people work here.

      Cons

      There is no back-office support to speak of. The IT Service Desk can't solve problems quickly and efficiently. HR, Finance, Recruiting all short staffed. The company is actually the merging of a bunch of little companies under one roof. There are growing pains and the organization has not kept up with the size of the growing company.
