Pros
It's none I can think of. I really spent some time but still can't come up with anything.
Cons
No culture, work life suck, unrealistic goals, mysoore office is horrible run by an inexperienced management. The company micro manages even the time taken to freshen up. Loss of pay in case you charge your phone.
