      I didn't see my account manager more than twice a year. (Some might see that as a "pro".) PTO starts at 80 hours per year and never increases. (When I hired, seniority earned more, but the cap of 80 was established when I had 120 and was about to earn 160. Those who had earned more were now getting less than they had been.)
