Pros
I have seen first hand out the executives and Sr. management go out of their way to create job opportunities internally and externally for employees as well as personally paying expenses and salaries out of their own pockets to US and India employees. The company was on a fast track until they hit finance bump trying to take a bond funding instead of traditional VC equity funding. Easy to for some ex-employees to blame management while taking advantage of them.
Cons
The company took on probably too many projects than it should, and hired as well.
