* Significant changes in executive management. New leaders are serious about renovating VACCO's organizational structure, overall performance and culture * Engineering efforts underway to create a Center of Excellence with restructuring and new leadership and functional structure across the organization. * Continues to be a place where people are the strength of the organization and working relationships and work environment are positive.

Cons

*Organizational change (leadership and culture-change initiatives) inherently introduce uncertainty and an added level of mental, emotional and time commitment to existing workload. *Limited opportunities for advancement within current structure (but new structure more clearly defines roles and paths).
