      Pros

      Work autonomously, no micromanaging. Lots of diverse projects to work on. Ability to cross-train with different disciplines/products.

      Cons

      Because it is an engineering firm, not a manufacturing plant, they do small batch orders. So, there is a constant scramble to figure things out, find equipment, etc.

      4 day work week perk but they want you to work weekends

      Cons

      Space side is a disaster. Management just a figurehead nowadays so you just accept it. Long gone are the days when product shipped. Navy side is growing and saving the company.
