Good starter position, don't stay too long

Pros

Good company to learn a lot of different engineering disciplines. Can take on a lot of ownership.

Cons

Bad management. A lot of old timers who aren't really helpful in mentorship. 4 day work week but they expect you on Fridays or you'll be shamed.

Pros

4/40 Work Week, great people that work there very friendly, cafeteria and week off at Christmas

Cons

Micromanaging managers and leadership Processes are disjointed and over managed, no trust in their team, no fluid process for anything. They just got SAP but did not test and make sure how it’s supposed to work across all departments. Micromanaging (I said it 2x because it’s important. They are late on most deliveries.
