Good Place to be, Bad place to get things done

-Schedule is 4 - 10s -People are really nice

Cons

-Operations is never on time and provides inaccurate commitments -Management does not have a handle on different departments -No sense of urgency and everyone works on their own time -Not enough technicians for the workload

Pros

4 day work week is the only redeeming quality at Vacco... except about 90% of the time, upper management is demanding you come in on Fridays the employees are great people

Cons

basically the entirety of upper management was replaced right before / during the pandemic, and they have absolutely no idea what they're doing a lot of younger and/or talented individuals are quickly realizing they aren't valued at all and are leaving in droves
