Many opportunities for career growth and learning in different environments. Upper managements receptive to feedback. They genuinely care whether or not you're happy with your job.

Cons

If you work on another site, it's hard to get recognized for your work, as the home office doesn't see your daily grind.

- Will train you in DeltaV - Will give you responsibility if you ask for it - Emerson Partners

Cons

- Needs of the Clients over needs of the employee - They Hire a bunch of temp 1099s who are lazy - Non competitive pay - Are more concerned about keeping people on board rather than actually keeping them busy - Will work you to the bone - Incompetent temp workers - no career outlook You are just a contractor, not a consultant, you are paid to do your work and go home Dont expect to move up in the company because there are no positions to move up to
