      Best storage people in the industry Very fast pace, a-lot of customers and action Rapidly growing Challenging engineering problems

      Cons

      Management are poor in HR and personal communication Low compensation and poor facilities - all depends on the options and everyone are waiting for the exit

      Pros

      Customer Support are literal superheroes keeping the product alive. Cool tech and vision.

      Cons

      Terrible pay compared to industry. Terrible quotas (15% of the company made quota, they cancelled club 2x in a row) Product stability No HR / employee support Terrible benefits. Many people use their spouse’s benefits. Stock grants are garbage now. Are we ever going to IPO? “We’re not a hardware company” and we don’t get paid on HW except our entire lives revolve around it. Zero postsales support. You’d better like living in a datacenter, doing your own installs, and everything. They love playing games with expenses.
