Pros
Great product, happy customers, supportive leadership. There is a "win together, lose together" mindset at VAST. If you need help, all levels of leadership (sales & engineering) support you. There have been numerous times when our CEO & Co-founders have created features to meet specific customer needs. My manager always tells me, "This is VAST. The answer is never NO." & I have seen this firsthand. Some people may complain that there aren't super rigid processes like other, more mature companies, but I see this as a pro to get creative.
-Engineering is filled with some of the greatest minds
-flexible travel budget: this is huge when you're a seller. At previous companies, my quota would grow but my budget would shrink.
-Marketing: Our marketing team is phenomenal, so many unique intimate experiences for customers that truly create revenue. I hope this is an area we continue to invest in!
Cons
-We have no SDRs, ISR's so the expectation is to do all things on your own from the sales side. Often times I am wearing multiple hats but I knew this coming in.
