      - There are many intriguing challenges, so you never get bored. - Hybrid work model.

      Cons

      - There is significant pressure from an excessively high release rate without valid justification. - The environment is extremely toxic, particularly due to management's behavior. - Work-life balance is non-existent, as management completely disregards the idea of personal time. - Despite appearances, there is no IPO on the horizon.

      Cons

      Very fast growing company by the bad side. Unqualified middle tier managers, ego and power arguments, very arrogant people. The company itself is a total mess, at least the engineering department.
