- Allows you to work remotely - Coworkers are good people trying their best for the most part

Cons

- Very toxic overwork culture - Bad processes and lack of coherence in the team, leading to rushed delivery and work - Lack of vision despite constantly trying to push narratives of having a grand plan - Lots of bizarre infighting and poor direction in the leadership - Weird funny guy | main character syndrome in company leaders that add little to no value to most conversations - Covert sexism/racism is also an issue from some interactions with leaders - Management likes to micro-manage

Company is geared towards hiring the best talent. A work hard, play hard atmosphere. The folks here are driven, culture is very good, everyone has each others backs and are willing to go the extra mile to help one another out.
